Chidinma is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and performing artiste. She won the third edition of the Project Fame West Africa, that took place in 2010.
Chidinma Background
Chidinma was born on the 2nd of May 1991 in Ketu, Kosofe, Lagos State, to Mr and Mrs Ekile. She hails from Imo State and is the 6th offspring of seven offspring of her folks.
Chidinma joined her congregation ensemble when she was ten years of age, during this time, she was going to an elementary school in Ketu. She additionally went to an secondary school in Ketu, prior to migrating to Ikorodu with her family.

MTN Project Fame West Africa

The contestants had 10 weeks of training from musical professionals ranging from voice coaches, and inspirational speakers to established musicians, and music business service providers.
On the 26th of September 2010, Chidinma was announced as the winner of the contest. Winning the contest came with several benefits and prizes which included ₦2.5 million, a 2011 Toyota RAV4, and a production deal. She also signed an endorsement deal with MTN Nigeria in May 2013.

- The MTN Power of 10 Concerts – a ten-city tour that celebrated MTN Nigeria’s ten-year anniversary. The tour started on the 9th of September 2011 in Markudi. Chidinma performed with Dr Sid at the tour.
- At the 2013 Hennessy Artistry Club Tour, Chidinma was one of the supporting artists and the tour was led by D’Banj.
- Chidinma performed at the Guinness World of More Concert alongside P-Square, D’banj, Wizkid, Ice Prince, Burna Boy, Olamide, Phyno, Waje, Davido and Tiwa Savage on the 3rd of November 2013.
